Finally, finally I can eat yogurt!!!
It doesn't taste that bad. I don't know why I distasted it so much last time. From now onwards, I'm gonna eat one cup a day!
The live culture it contains is really really good for our body's digestive system and hopefully it works on solving the other problem.
